I dedicated a year of my studies to being a board member of study association Lucid. I was commissioner of external affairs and therefore responsible for outward communication and sponsoring. At the end of my board period we’ve initialized a big project, DesignLab that had to take place during the Dutch Design Week 2008. I was chairman of the DesignLab committee, a cooperation between study association Lucid (industrial design), study association Cheops (architecture) and SG (studium generale, cultural activities). The idea was to promote the designers at the TU/e and to present a varied program.

During the week we had dinners, lectures, lunches, workshops, parties, drinks and an exhibition. In a week we had around 5000 visitors, which made the DesignLab a great succes. Since then the Lab is reopened every year during the Dutch Design week. Below you see some more pictures taken during the week.
